About Nigel
Nigel Horonzy has been shaping residential and commercial real estate in South Carolina’s Grand Strand for more than 15 years, building a legacy of leadership, integrity, and transformative community development. As President and co-owner of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Myrtle Beach Real Estate, Nigel has grown a local brokerage into a $200 million annual sales juggernaut since acquiring Prudential Burroughs & Chapin in 2010 and spearheading its rebranding and expansion—cumulatively achieving over $1 billion in sales. His agency is consistently recognized for excellence, excelling in new construction, land, resales, and commercial transactions.
Through Horonzy Construction Group, founded in 2007, Nigel has brought over 300 single-family homes to the region, blending residential building expertise with a sharp focus on large-scale community development—most recently delivering 148 new lots in Downtown Conway. He holds an unlimited residential builder’s license in South Carolina and oversees the company’s growth into a multi-million-dollar operation.
Nigel’s investment acumen is equally impressive. As founder of Grand Strand Investments (2014–2024), he specialized in the acquisition, rehabilitation, and development of distressed properties and raw land, including the development of Woodland Park, Elsie’s Park Subdivision, and Racetrack Holdings Mobile Home Park. His portfolio includes the successful disposition of more than 65 properties and a reputation for driving value through repositioning.
