About Daniel
From snow & cold to sun & beach. I am dually licensed in New York State and South Carolina. I owned and operated my own business for several years, so hardwork is second nature to me. I lived most of my adult life in Upstate New York (Go SU Orange). More recently Myrtle Beach is where I call home and loving it! For the past five years I have worked as a Realtor representing buyers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions.
I enjoy working with first time home buyers and assisting them every step of the way in finding that right home. I want to earn the trust of my clients and establish a relationship. In order to develop that kind of relationship, it takes a high level of committment, maintaining integrity, and listening to the client. I pride myself in putting the client front and center and doing whatever it takes to get the job done. I realize that this is not a 9-5 job, and most importantly I will always answer my phone.
